The collisional and photoionized plasma in the polarized NLS1 galaxy Mrk 1239

Mrk 1239 is a highly polarized NLS1 in the optical band, whose $0.3-3$ keV spectrum has remained remarkably consistent over more than two decades of observation. Previous analysis this object suggested that soft X-ray band was dominated by emission lines (collisionally and/or photoionized) from distant host galaxy as central engine obscured. New XMM-Newton data are presented here to investigate with high resolution. The first RGS spectra source reveal plethora ionized originating distinct plasmas, one collisionally and other photoionized at approximately equal brightness. best fit model uses {\sc apec} xstar} grids account for components, respectively. improves significantly if material allowed outflow $\approx 500$ km s$^{-1}$, matching velocity forbidden O{\sc vii} line. From constraints on ionization density we can estimate location it be no further few pc source, around outer radius torus, which vii}$(f)$ Properties plasma star formation rate (SFR) 3 M_{\odot} \textrm{yr}^{-1}$, comparable several previous measurements SFR galaxy.
